Clucky Plucky chicken is the chicken our grandparents ate. We use cornishX birds. They are bred for meat consumption.
Our CDFA licensed Poultry Processing Plant is clean and sanitary. It is certainly the place where you would want the chicken for your supper to be processed.

The Best Chicken Ever!
Just as the Clucky Plucky chicken was coming out of the oven, our 16 year old cat appeared under my feet with a big MEOW!! She had smelled the delicious aroma of the lemon stuffed chicken from the other side of the house and had come running. She made getting the chicken from the pan to the table very difficult as she kept winding around my legs meowing trying to get at the chicken.
This was the most tender, juicy, mouthwatering chicken we have ever eaten! I plan on using my BBQ for the next one...
Oh and the cat had her share of the chicken too.
